Princess Cake Dessert - My daughters received a cookbook for their birthdays that we are finally utilizing!  This recipe can be made lowfat and is DELICIOUS!
Angel Food Cake
4 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese - softened
Strawberry Preserves
Various Berries
Fat Free Milk

Have the kids help to rip up the angel food cake into a container.  In a seperate container, use the large batter bowl from Pampered Chef (or any other kind of bowl that you choose) to beat the cream cheese.  (yes, use the electric mixer!)  Once the cream cheese is mixed, add 2 TBS of strawberry preserves and 2 TBS of fat free milk and continue to mix.  Set aside.  Clean the berries that you chose.  Now, we do this as a build your own dessert event.  We put pieces of angel food cake into a bowl, pour some of the cream cheese mixture over it and then top with berries.  (and fat free whip cream!)  I have also mixed the cake, cream cheese mix and berries in a container for the fridge and it was just as yummy!

Peanut Butter/Chocolate YUMMY's!
1 container of Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 cup or less of natural peanut butter, melted in the microwave
Hershey's chocolate syrup

Now, this is a SUPER simple recipe!  Take the peanut butter and melt it in the microwave, so it's creamy.  Mix that into the cool whip.  Using a mini muffin pan, scoop the mixture into the tin and then drizzle, LIGHTLY with the Hershey's chocolate syrup.  Put the tin into the freezer overnight.  ENJOY!
